Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute monthly investor reports and associated schedules to trustees.
• Balance cash activity and remittances; monitor and reconcile advances.
• Prepare and process wire transfers to investors per servicing agreements.
• Forecast principal and interest advances and ensure reporting timelines.
• Review payment history and system postings for accuracy.
• Maintain booking and changes to scheduled principal balances and reinstated loans.
• Analyze remittance differences and investigate discrepancies.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
