Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations, performing physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations to safeguard accuracy and patient safety.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Finance and Compliance to strengthen controls and DSCSA compliance, while developing SOPs and training that drive measurable improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and set performance metrics.
• Support audits and new pharmacy locations and system implementations.
