Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across pharmacy operations and unified brands. You will turn data into practical process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and build robust controls that protect patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing and disposition, while developing SOPs and training for inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience with inventory management in healthcare or pharma environments.
• Proven ability to lead cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and audits.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce waste and shrink.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, inventory turns and expirations.
• Develop dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
