Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, shrink, and write-offs.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, and disposition processes.
• Monitor key KPIs: days on hand, turns, expirations.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA product traceability and documentation.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Train inventory team and measure performance.
• Assist audits, new locations, and system implementations.
• Improve systems and automate reports.
