Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations, drive accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, and build dashboards to highlight risks and trends.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and more to strengthen controls and standardize processes. You will establish SOPs, train the team, and push for automation of reporting while supporting audits and new site implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using operational data and docs.
• Experience with inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention.
• Experience using inventory/ERP systems and BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; train inventory team members.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting; support audits and new locations.
