Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive accuracy, and reduce write-offs.

You will analyze data, set standard processes, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls across procurement, supply chain, and operations. The role requires hands-on experience with cycle counts, SOP development, and advanced Excel skills, plus familiarity with ERP and BI tools like SQL, Looker, and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root-cause analysis using inventory data and process documentation.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI for reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards and performance metrics for inventory.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls; training staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor key KPIs: days on hand, turns, expirations; ensure accuracy.
• Build dashboards/reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, Eng.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team; set performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations and expansions.
