Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive data‑driven improvements, and partner with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to strengthen controls. This role emphasizes standardizing processes, reducing discrepancies, and building actionable dashboards across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with healthcare inventory, SQL/BI tools, and a track record of process optimization and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Operations, or related field.
• Experience managing inventory within healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivots, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training inventory staff and measuring performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, and inventory movement.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Lead and train inventory staff and support audits and system implementations.
