Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go‑to‑market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand and to turn data into practical process improvements across pharmacy operations.

You will lead inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations while partnering with multiple teams to strengthen controls and regulatory compliance, patient safety, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis using inventory transactions, data, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, cycle counts, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, or related software.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance.
• Experience supervising inventory-related work and measuring team performance.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical or healthcare inventory.
• Knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act and product-traceability processes.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and inventory compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put‑away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and expansions.
