Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory control, conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations across operations. The role focuses on reducing write-offs, excess inventory, and shrink while standardizing receiving, put-away, and movement processes.

You will monitor metrics such as days on hand and inventory turns, build actionable dashboards, and partner with multiple departments to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare inventory preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems knowledge.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis from inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to reduce write-offs, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, and movement processes.
• Monitor key metrics like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
