Job summary

Fuze Health, a digital health innovator, seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive standardized processes, and build risk dashboards across the organization. The role collaborates with operations, procurement, finance, and IT to strengthen controls and drive accuracy.

You will manage cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting while developing SOPs, leading a team, and supporting audits and new locations. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chains.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and process documentation.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI and creating dashboards.
• Experience training staff, developing SOPs, and supervising inventory work.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and expirations.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, and expirations with KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and set performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
