• Experience with a formal sales process.
• Commitment to 3+ years in IC Virtual Sales role.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales summits, trainings and meetings.
• Complete all required Virtual Sales Representative training.
• Develop action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures for accounts.
• Sell products using tools to schedule virtual meetings with customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies using sales data to promote products to hospital staff and physicians.
• Determine customer needs and pricing, and collaborate to address them.
• Establish pricing packages in line with company policies.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers.
• Utilize virtual education and case support resources to increase value.
