Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in healthcare or corporate setting.
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to discuss complex product information and complete training.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls with current and potential customers and referral networks to meet revenue objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies addressing product, competition, and pricing needs.
• Creates action plans by analyzing sales data to achieve annual goals.
• Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insights from physicians and lab staff.
• Establishes pricing packages to address customer needs within company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on product merits and clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
