Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Territory Manager to join our Interventional Cardiology team. You will sell cardiovascular products and gain hands-on exposure to catheterization lab workflows, building strong relationships with physicians and staff inside a defined territory.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for existing and potential accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager to hit annual goals.
• Identifies customer needs and learning by meeting with physicians and staff to tailor BSC products.
• Observes procedures in cath labs to understand nuances and improve product fit and usage.
• Establishes pricing packages with relevant personnel to address customer needs within policy.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on the merits and proper usage of products through presentations and demos to secure purchasing commitments.
