Access 2 Interpreters is seeking a Remote Dispatcher/Scheduler/Quality Control professional to support interpreters serving hospitals, courts, schools and social service agencies.

You will manage frequent phone calls, schedule multilingual interpreters, and ensure quality control and timely reporting. The role requires a high school diploma, strong typing, Excel proficiency and reliable office-based work from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and customer service/dispatch experience required.
• Typing at least 35 WPM and intermediate computer skills expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to handle data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of phone calls.
• Schedule multilingual interpreters for assignments.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control.
• Collect, enter, and analyze data; submit reports.
• Monitor and review progress and accuracy.
• Complete a background check and pass a drug screen.
