Providence Swedish is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to handle daily scheduling via a multi-line phone system and database. You’ll respond to interpreter requests, screen service eligibility, and assign requests to appropriate providers while identifying gaps and guiding customers on Linguistic Services processes.

You will help evaluate and improve assignment procedures and software parameters, contributing to overall performance and service quality in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a scheduler/dispatcher or equivalent
• Experience with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds

Responsabilités

• Manage daily scheduling with a multi-line phone system and computerized database
• Respond to interpreter requests and assign to service providers
• Identify service gaps and guide on how to request or cancel interpreter services
