Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer at staff level to support enterprise application delivery and ingress operations across AWS, AVI, Azure, DNS, certificate, routing, and edge security technologies. The role assists with monitoring, troubleshooting, onboarding, configuration changes, maintenance, documentation, incident response, and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in networking, cloud operations, or related technical roles.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and high-availability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingress and edge platform health, alerts and performance.
• Triage connectivity, load balancing, DNS, and certificate issues.
• Follow runbooks, collect evidence, and document incident steps.
• Participate in incident response and on-call support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date ticketing records and operational notes.
