The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS/AI sales, a track record in UK expansion, and fluency in English. Remote-first with onboarding in Spain, offering uncapped commission potential and clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an SDR/BDR in SaaS and/or AI.
• Experience in UK expansion with SaaS/AI.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings in the UK market.
• Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise stakeholders.
• Native or near-native English; strong communication skills.
• Discipline, structure, and outbound focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the top of the funnel for the UK market.
• Generate high-quality, qualified meetings with decision-makers (HR, Finance, C-suite).
• Focus on high-intent leads and targeted outbound.
• Qualify opportunities to move forward.
• Build and execute outbound strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn, AI outreach).
• Collaborate with AEs to convert meetings into revenue.
• Utilize CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and AI tools.
• Continuously optimise messaging, targeting, and approach.
