Job summary

Dr. Bronner’s is seeking an experienced International Amazon Marketplace Manager to own and grow our presence across global Amazon marketplaces. This remote role involves strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead international marketplace growth, optimize catalogs and content, manage agency partnerships, and coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory and logistics to support worldwide expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• 2 years of experience managing International Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven success growing Amazon marketplace revenue and managing external agencies or strategic vendor relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and International marketplace operations, including catalog management, listing optimization, inventory planning, promotions, account health, Brand Registry, and international expansion.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Amazon Business Reports, Brand Analytics, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Must be proficient in Helium 10, and Sellerboard.

Responsibilities

• Grow international Amazon marketplaces through strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Manage agency partnerships and guide marketplace initiatives with Amazon partners.
• Optimize product catalogs, content, and customer experience across markets to improve listings and conversion.
• Drive operational excellence with inventory, replenishment planning, and international logistics.
• Lead product launches and promotions with forecasting, content readiness, and advertising support.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, marketplace requirements, and regional regulations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Content, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to bring initiatives to life.
