Job summary

Rain Media | Organics Ocean is seeking a Sr. Amazon Marketplace Manager to own end-to-end commercial operations for our Amazon Seller Central (3P) account. This remote role balances hands-on execution with high-level channel strategy, focusing on profitability, keyword ranking, and agency leadership.

You will drive SEO, PPC campaigns, and listing optimization while enforcing FDA/FTC compliance. Collaboration with design, DTC teams, and leadership is essential in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience with 7- or 8-figure revenue growth.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team.
• Direct experience with dietary supplements, FDA/FTC compliance.
• Experience directing external agencies and auditing performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC (Sponsored Ads) and native tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) to drive top-line growth and profitability.
• Manage and direct external Amazon agency; set strategic direction and oversee execution.
• Collaborate with design, DTC, and Shopify teams for aligned Amazon strategies and reporting.
• Lead SEO, keyword research, index tracking, and listing optimization to capture high-volume terms.
• Oversee advertising strategy across PPC, DSP, and analytics to scale market share.
• Ensure dietary supplement compliance across all copy, images, and A+ content.
