Job summary

Blueroot Health INC. seeks an Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive growth across the Amazon channel. You will own day-to-day account management, implement strategy with cross-functional teams, and optimize ads, PDPs, and catalog health to improve conversion and reduce costs.

You will forecast inventory with Operations, support Finance reporting, and ensure regulatory-compliant listings for supplements. Collaboration with CX and Marketing will enhance ratings and content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
• 3+ years selling on Amazon Seller Central with track record.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Amazon account management and maintenance.
• Execute the Amazon channel strategy to accelerate sales and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Ad Campaigns with agency partners.
• Verify Listings follow Amazon regulations and best practices.
• Forecast inventory with Operations.
• Assist Finance with financial reporting.
• Manage PDPs: titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, imagery, video, attributes.
• Own Amazon catalog health, including variations and listing errors.
• Monitor conversion rate, traffic, and sales at SKU level.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams on PDP content and visuals.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and surface opportunities/risks.
• Manage ratings, reviews, and Q&A strategies with CX/Marketing.
• Track and report on digital shelf KPIs like conversion rate and share of search.
• Coordinate product launches and updates for speed and accuracy.
• Ensure content aligns with supplement/regulatory requirements.
• Manage Brand Protection to mitigate unauthorized sellers.
