Job summary

Blueroot Health® seeks an Amazon Marketplace Manager to grow our Amazon channel and profitability. You will own the end-to-end Amazon strategy, work with Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and ensure regulatory-compliant listings with best-practice content.

You will improve conversions, manage ads, and optimize PDPs to boost visibility. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central, deep ad knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with CPG or health products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling directly in Amazon Seller Central.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Amazon account management and maintenance.
• Execute channel strategy to accelerate sales and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns with agency partners.
• Verify listings follow Amazon regulations and best practices.
• Forecast inventory with Operations; assist Finance with reporting.
• Optimize PDPs including titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, imagery, video.
• Own catalog health: suppressions, variations, compliance, listing errors.
• Monitor conversion rate, traffic quality, and sales at SKU level.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams to test PDP content and visuals.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and surface opportunities/risks.
• Manage ratings/reviews and Q&A with CX/marketing.
• Track digital shelf KPIs (conversion, content scorecards, share of search).
• Coordinate launches/updates for speed, accuracy, consistency.
