Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking an Associate Marketplaces Director, International Growth to drive international revenue growth across Amazon UK, EU, and Australia. You will own marketplace strategy, content optimization, promotions, and cross-functional collaboration to expand brand presence and profitability.

Reporting to the VP, Marketplaces, you will lead strategic initiatives, build partnerships with marketplace teams, and ensure forecasts and inventory support growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eCommerce/marketplace leadership with success on Amazon and other platforms.
• Experience driving international revenue growth across UK, EU, and Australia marketplaces.
• Proven ability to translate data into priorities, action plans, and growth initiatives.
• Strong collaboration across brand, creative, product, finance, demand planning, and operations.
• Excellent communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead international marketplace channel strategy for UK, EU, and Australia across Amazon and other platforms.
• Manage revenue goals, performance reporting, and business reviews; translate data into priorities.
• Develop and manage promotional strategy, deal planning, calendar alignment, and readouts.
• Optimize product listings, storefronts, ratings, reviews, and conversion rate performance.
• Lead merchandising, assortment, launches, pricing, and category expansion.
• Monitor trends, policy changes, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
• Build relationships with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to support priorities.
• Collaborate with finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations to align forecasts and inventory.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and platform capabilities for scalable growth.
