Job summary

Komar, a global leader in apparel, seeks an Amazon Marketplace Manager who will own new product launches, catalog health, organic search, and international expansion. The role requires turning marketplace data into actions that boost traffic, discoverability, and sales.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage Brand Analytics and other tools, and stay ahead of Amazon algorithm changes to optimize product pages, content, and merchandising across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and/or other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth.
• Strategic and resourceful thinker with strong business acumen and commercial decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting marketplace analytics, customer journey insights, attribution data, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive business decisions.
• Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplaces, online consumer behavior, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own new product launches and catalog execution from setup through go-live.
• Manage and troubleshoot catalog and marketplace issues.
• Develop and execute organic search and content strategy.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate traffic, conversion and opportunities.
• Analyze product, launch, and portfolio performance to identify drivers of sales gains or declines.
• Stay ahead of changes to Amazon search algorithms and marketplace functionality.
• Lead AEO/GEO content optimization for Amazon's AI-driven shopping ecosystem.
• Continuously optimize product detail pages and digital merchandising.
• Develop seasonal search, content, and merchandising strategies.
• Assist with Amazon international marketplace expansion.
• Partner with the Amazon Advertising Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Own Amazon account health and policy compliance.
• Establish scalable marketplace best practices and reporting frameworks.
