- Stay ahead of changes to Amazon search algorithms, search-result experiences, browse structures, product detail pages, and other evolving marketplace functionality, translating platform changes into proactive recommendations for search, content, catalog, merchandising, and conversion strategy.
- Lead AEO/GEO content optimization for Amazon's increasingly AI-driven shopping ecosystem, including Rufus, Alexa Shopping, and emerging conversational or generative shopping experiences, ensuring product content clearly communicates attributes, benefits, use cases, fit, differentiation, and customer intent.
- Continuously optimize product detail pages and digital merchandising, including titles, bullets, attributes, imagery, video, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and comparison modules based on customer behavior, search performance, conversion data, competitive trends, and platform changes.
- Develop seasonal search, content, and merchandising strategies, proactively adjusting product positioning, keywords, imagery, use cases, and assortment priorities around weather, gifting occasions, promotional events, and category-specific demand shifts.
- Assist with Amazon international marketplace expansion, evaluating market opportunities, prioritizing countries and assortments, coordinating listing localization and catalog setup, and establishing scalable processes for launching and managing brands across new marketplaces.
- Partner closely with the Amazon Advertising Manager and cross-functional teams across merchandising, creative, planning, operations, and brand management, providing insights on search trends, launches, conversion, inventory, seasonality, and product priorities to ensure coordinated marketplace execution.
- Own Amazon account health and policy compliance, proactively monitoring Account Health Rating, performance notifications, listing suppressions, policy violations, and other risk indicators; lead root-cause resolution and escalation to protect selling privileges and minimize business disruption.
- Establish scalable marketplace best practices and reporting frameworks across multiple brands and Amazon accounts, improving launch execution, catalog health, content quality, discoverability, analytics, troubleshooting, and overall marketplace performance.
