Job summary

Golden Hire is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to continuously feed our candidate pipeline in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment. You will source, pre-qualify, and evaluate top talent for our clients across channels, writing concise summaries and moving candidates through interviews.

You’ll operate remotely, manage high-volume recruitment, and contribute to shaping sourcing strategies. This role offers flexible hours, a performance-driven bonus structure, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in high-stakes environments with high-volume sourcing and tight deadlines.
• Proven track record in high-volume or scarce-profile recruitment.
• Experience adapting to changing briefs and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting active candidates across channels; develop multi-channel strategies.
• Conduct phone pre-qualifications and write concise evaluation summaries for leadership.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide clear recommendations and feedback.
