Job summary

Overseas is seeking an experienced Internal Operations Manager to align systems, people and processes as we scale. You will oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, and build repeatable processes across distributed teams to maintain accountability.

This role requires an organized operator who thrives in structure yet can navigate startup pace, with experience managing SDRs or outbound teams in a BPO or similar high-volume environment. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project management or business administration.
• Experience managing SDRs or outbound teams in a BPO or high-volume environment.
• Track record building accountability systems across distributed teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation habits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily internal operations with efficient, documented workflows.
• Create and maintain SOPs and performance dashboards across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks or communication gaps between recruitment, finance and marketing.
• Manage tools and data tracking across Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
