Remote Jobs is seeking an Internal General Manager to run day-to-day operations at a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR company serving U.S. businesses. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move between strategy and execution, identify what needs to be done, and take responsibility for getting it done.

This is a small business. You’ll work in a lean environment where you’ll need to make decisions independently, build processes as needed, and take ownership of getting things done.

Competenze

• Proven experience in business operations, general management, project management, consulting, entrepreneurship, or a similar high‑ownership role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of following through.
• Comfortable working independently without needing detailed instructions for every task.
