Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Internal General Manager to run day-to-day operations at a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR company serving U.S. businesses. This high-ownership role requires moving between strategy and execution and taking responsibility for getting things done.

You'll work with the founders, build processes, and own solutions across operations, sales, client delivery, recruiting, finance, and internal systems, with broad autonomy and a path to impact the business directly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations or high-ownership roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently without detailed instructions.
• Ability to prioritize when multiple tasks need attention.
• Resourceful problem solver with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across sales, recruiting, client success, and other functions.
• Turn high-level goals into concrete plans with owners and deadlines.
• Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks before issues arise.
• Own projects from idea through implementation.
• Maintain organized priorities and timely execution.
• Escalate issues when founder input is needed.
