Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Internal General Manager to run day-to-day operations in a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR company serving U.S. businesses.

This high-ownership role blends strategy and execution, with autonomy to shape processes, priorities, and outcomes. You’ll work closely with founders, build systems where none exist, coordinate across operations, sales, recruiting, and client delivery, and own projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations or general management with high ownership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day priorities moving with founders.
• Turn high-level goals into concrete plans with owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks before they become issues.
• Build and improve internal processes as the company grows.
• Coordinate work across sales, recruiting, client delivery, and finance as needed.
