Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and ensure quality onboarding for offshore talent placements. This fully remote role focuses on proactive account management and clear communication with founders and executives.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer success or staffing, with familiarity in offshore hiring markets. A Loom video introduction is required to move forward in the process.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
• Explain practical staffing scenarios and timelines to clients clearly.
• Provide transparent updates and proactive problem solving to prevent escalations.
