Qualifications

• Six months of experience with the Child Support Program at the level of Operations Analyst I or above.
• One year of experience explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public.
• One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
• One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.

Responsibilities

• Determine if cases meet criteria for Intergovernmental Case Processing.
• Complete activities associated with complex and/or escalated projects.
• Gather information and analyze case data to determine next steps.
• Oversee resolution of complex problems relating to international case processing.
• Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states/countries, employers, and other business partners.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Intergovernmental operational procedure.
• Coordinate and consult with Program Office process teams.
• Provide guidance, clarification, interpretation, formal feedback, and instruction to team members.
