JOB SUMMARY:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Six months of experience with the Child Support Program at the level of Operations Analyst I or above.
  • One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public.
  • One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
  • One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.
PREFERENCES:
  • Preference given to candidates with 6 months experience within the Interstate Initiating or Interstate Responding Workgroup.
SPECIAL NOTES:
  • Alternative Screening Test is used in lieu of Skills Verification Test.
  • This position is housed in Region 1 or Region 3 and only applicants in Region 1 and Region 3 can apply.
  • Telework: This role is eligible for part time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
SALARY:

$41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
