The role emphasizes IP-based platforms (Dante, AES67, SMPTE 2110), RTS standards, and extensive travel up to 50%, with a remote-working component.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain or Engineering with related experience.
• 5+ years in technical support/engineering in Critical Communications or Broadcast markets.
• IP domain expertise including Dante, AES67, SMPTE 2110.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-user requirements into technical intercom solutions.
• Oversee technical concepts and system designs for product solutions.
• Provide level 2/3 troubleshooting and upgrades support.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and training.
• Collaborate with sales in projects and tenders.
• Troubleshoot RTS products/software and report findings.

2-Wire & Analog & RVON familiarity
