Job summary

Keenfinity seeks an Intercom System Engineer to design and support tailored Intercom solutions based on end-user requirements and vertical needs. You will translate requirements into practical technical solutions and oversee system concepts for bids and projects.

You will lead troubleshooting, installation support, and upgrades across the system lifecycle, collaborating with Sales and providing training to customers and partners while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain or Engineering, or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support/engineering, preferably in Critical Communications or Broadcast.
• Strong expertise in the IP domain and Audio over IP platforms.
• Knowledge of RTS intercom standards (2-Wire, Analog, OMNEO, RVON).
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-user requirements into technical solutions and support tenders and project execution.
• Oversee the preparation of technical concepts and system designs for dedicated product solutions.
• Provide guidance for troubleshooting and upgrades throughout the system life cycle.
• Support final installation and commissioning, including troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on projects and project acquisition.
• Assist sales in explaining concepts to end-users and system integrators.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug RTS products/software; report findings.
• Support training for sales and customers locally.
