Job summary
GovCIO is hiring an Information Technology Specialist/Multimedia Developer to support Navy training products. The role is remote within the United States, with duties including multimedia authoring, web development, and LMS integration.
The successful candidate will transform storyboards into interactive IMI, build Level 2+ training, ensure SCORM compliance, and collaborate with instructional designers to meet objectives while maintaining QA. A Secret clearance is requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in multimedia or instructional development.
- Experience creating interactive multimedia or web-based training products.
- Proficiency with HTML5 and web technologies; familiarity with SCORM packaging and validation.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and deploying online courses.
- Ability to translate storyboards into functional multimedia deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Transform approved scripts and storyboards into interactive multimedia training.
- Build IMI Level 2+ solutions using modern authoring environments.
- Develop courseware with tools like Adobe Captivate.
- Create native HTML5 content for customized interactions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead on complex multimedia solutions.
