Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Information Technology Specialist/Multimedia Developer to support the U.S. Navy training products. Based in Pensacola, FL, the role is fully remote.

The candidate will transform scripts into interactive multimedia instruction and integrate it with Government LMS systems. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (0–2 years experience) or equivalent, Secret clearance, HTML5 knowledge, and experience with Adobe Captivate and SCORM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience developing interactive multimedia or web-based training products.
• Experience with interactive authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and web-based development technologies.
• Experience with SCORM packaging, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online course deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive multimedia training products from approved scripts and storyboards.
• Build IMI Level 2+ training solutions using modern authoring environments.
• Develop courseware using tools like Adobe Captivate.
• Create and modify native HTML5 content for customized interactions.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on complex multimedia and web-based solutions.
• Integrate training products with Government LMS and SCORM workflows.
• Package and validate courseware per SCORM requirements.
• Prepare products for GCAT testing and QA.
