Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Information Technology Specialist/Multimedia Developer to support the development and modernization of interactive U.S. Navy training products. This fully remote role will work with a multidisciplinary team to transform approved designs into engaging IMI solutions.

Responsibilities include multimedia authoring, web development, LMS integration, SCORM packaging, and GCAT preparation, with a focus on QA and cross-platform compatibility. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience developing interactive multimedia or web-based training products.
• Experience using interactive authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive multimedia training products from approved scripts and storyboards.
• Build IMI Level 2+ interactive training solutions using modern authoring tools.
• Create and modify HTML5 content to support customized interactions.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to develop complex multimedia and web-based training.
• Integrate products with Government Learning Management Systems.
• Package and validate courseware per SCORM requirements.
• Prepare training products for GCAT and perform QA/testing.
