Job summary

Authenticom is seeking an Integrations Manager to provide people leadership and operational oversight for a high-volume, client-facing Integration Services team in a remote-first environment in the United States.

The role supervises Integration Team Leads and drives productivity, service levels, quality standards, and client satisfaction. You will coach, monitor metrics, and develop staff to meet quotas and client goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a call center, contact center, or other high-volume service operation.
• Minimum of three years of people leadership experience, including frontline employees or team leads.
• Experience leading teams against defined quotas, productivity targets, service levels, and KPIs.
• Experience managing client-facing calls, escalations, and complex service situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Integration Team Leads and team members to achieve quotas, productivity, service levels, and client goals.
• Establish operating rhythm with one-on-ones, team meetings, daily monitoring, and weekly reviews.
• Manage employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective action.
• Guide skill development, cross-training, and career progression within the team.
• Direct daily team activities and prioritize workloads to meet service expectations.
• Coach teams on effective client-facing communication and handling escalations.
• Serve as SME for company products, services, and integration processes.
• Identify training gaps and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning.
• Develop performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.
• Collaborate with Director and cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks.
