Job summary

Authenticom seeks a Senior Manager of Delivery to lead customer onboarding, technical delivery, support, and production operations for API integration solutions. You will guide the delivery team, manage customer relationships, and partner with VP of Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvement, and scalable delivery practices in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery, technical delivery, or related B2B tech environment.
• Experience with customer-facing tech implementations and software delivery.
• Experience leading 3+ people and working with B2B APIs/integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and support processes to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Oversee onboarding, technical delivery, support, and production priorities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders; escalate as needed.
