Job summary

Drips is seeking an Integrations Manager / Team Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery of client integrations and to lead a growing team of specialists. You will drive the strategy, establish standards, and ensure high-quality, compliant integrations across onboarding and production support.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Client Success, and QA to ensure data integrity, on-time delivery, and scalable documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in integration project management or SaaS delivery.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and performance reviews.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, authentication, and data mappings.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and monitoring/DevOps tooling.
• Ability to design repeatable implementation processes and intake workflows.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences and client-facing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists and oversee hiring and growth.
• Define integration strategy and roadmap aligned to Operations goals.
• Oversee delivery of APIs, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, and Azure Logic Apps integrations.
• Maintain documentation standards and data mapping specs across projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to meet SLAs.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility on throughput and risk.
