Job summary

VitalSource is seeking an Integrations Manager for its Customer Operations team. This is a remote role based in the United States, leading projects that connect LMS, commerce, and content systems with VitalSource.

You will coordinate with school IT teams, LMS teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver integration plans and resolve technical issues. You will translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders and stay current on API and LMS standards to support scalable integrations as

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard or Moodle.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Project management experience, including leading projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Customer-facing technical experience, including troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering through launch, coordinating stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and LMS teams to turn requirements into clear plans.
• Design, implement and document customer integrations using APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and follow cases to resolution.
• Set and manage customer expectations on timelines and deliverables; keep records updated.
• Write and run test cases covering business and technical requirements.
• Explain technical details to Product and Customer Success Managers in plain language.
• Stay current on APIs and LMS standards and their impact on integrations.
• Help build and maintain documentation and repeatable processes for multiple integrations.
