Job summary

Ascend Learning, a healthcare and learning technology company, seeks a Learning Technology Integration (LTI) Manager to lead end-to-end LMS integrations for school partners. You will guide technical teams, provide training, and ensure secure data exchanges while driving adoption and satisfaction across districts.

This remote, U.S.-based role requires strong communication, LMS expertise (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L), and a customer-centric mindset. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years in customer-facing onboarding/training with educational-technology systems.
• Experience with LMS APIs, data synchronizations, and technical workflows (preferred).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Ascend and school partners to ensure LMS integration.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support throughout LMS integrations.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects across instructional technology and IT systems.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve client issues.
• Deliver training sessions, demos, and user guides for school staff.
• Ensure data privacy compliance (FERPA, GDPR) during data exchanges between LMS, SIS, and external tools.
