Job summary

Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Learning Technology Integration (LTI) Manager to lead end-to-end LMS integrations for school partners, collaborate with educators, IT staff, and admins, and ensure secure, data-driven digital learning experiences.

You will coordinate with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing client support, driving adoption and satisfaction across districts in the United States.

Qualifications

Requires experience with onboarding and training for educational-technology systems.
Experience in customer success, instructional design, or classroom teaching.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, Schoology).

Responsibilities

Lead the primary liaison between Ascend and school partners, guiding LMS integrations.
Ensure FERPA/GDPR data privacy during LMS, SIS, and external tool exchanges.
Deliver training sessions, demos, and user guides for school staff.
