Job summary

NIIT -MTS is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist for a freelance, remote role focused on implementing, configuring, and maintaining LMS and enterprise integrations. The candidate will work with technology leads and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable integration solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with configuration and system integration, SSO, data mapping, and API testing across LMS platforms and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in application integration, configuration, implementation, deployment, or enterprise systems.
• Hands‑on experience in both configuration and system integration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain LMS platforms and enterprise application integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and user provisioning mechanisms.
• Manage learner data synchronization, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Integrate LMS platforms with HRIS/HCM systems, identity providers, and third-party learning content platforms.
• Monitor integrations, analyze logs, resolve issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct API testing, integration testing, and production validation.
• Ensure data security, access control, documentation, and compliance with integration standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on deployment, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.
