Job summary

Stadium is seeking an Integration Specialist to act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and deep understanding of integrations, troubleshooting, and working with developers.

You will own customer queries end-to-end, translate requirements into technical steps, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Experience to deliver timely resolutions. This is a fully remote role with global teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Prior hands-on technical exposure preferred.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration-related customer queries from acknowledgement to resolution.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specs and actionable steps.
• Troubleshoot integration and product issues, identify root causes, and propose fixes.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, QA, and CX to resolve issues.
• Create and track internal tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Test fixes and communicate resolutions clearly to customers.
