Job summary

Absorb Software is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to lead advanced integration projects, support data solutions, and guide clients through cross-system automation. You will blend client engagement with hands-on technical execution in a collaboratively energized, remote-first environment.

You’ll own projects from scoping to delivery, implement RESTful APIs, SSO, and CRM/HRIS connectors, and mentor teammates while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementing integration or data solutions for a SaaS platform.
• Strong client-facing communication with clarity and expectation-setting.
• Knowledge of data models, validation, transformation, and system-to-system integration concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical approaches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with good documentation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping sessions, confirm requirements, and build achievable project plans.
• Manage integration and data projects end-to-end; ensure timely delivery.
• Translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly guidance.
• Build trust-based client relationships with reliability and service excellence.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve multi-layered technical and data challenges.
