Smartling is a AI-native translation platform helping global brands go global. We are seeking a customer-focused technical specialist to own customer tickets end to end, run troubleshooting sessions with customer engineering teams, and guide integrations with best practices.

In this remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering to reproduce issues, propose fixes, and communicate clear root-cause analysis and next steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Working knowledge of proxies, CDNs, web servers, DNS/TLS, caching, and web security basics.

Responsibilities

• Own customer tickets end to end, with clear written root-cause explanations and next steps.
• Run troubleshooting sessions and workshops with customer engineering teams, advising on integration best practices.
• Escalate to and collaborate with Engineering with clear reproduction steps when an issue needs a product fix.
