Job summary

Diaconia LLC is seeking a junior Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) / Scheduling Analyst to translate client objectives into workable project plans and timelines. This fully remote, full-time role requires hands-on MS Project work, collaboration with owners to understand tasks, and keeping schedules current under supervision.

Responsibilities include building MS Project schedules, confirming sequences, collecting status updates, and assessing critical-path impacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 0–2 years in project coordination or scheduling.
Hands-on MS Project experience creating/updating schedules with baselines and progress tracking.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to explain schedule logic clearly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Microsoft Project schedules with WBS, durations, milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities.
Collaborate with program/technical staff to develop planning assumptions and realistic completion dates.
Enter actuals and changes; compare progress against schedule baseline and update as needed.
Identify missing dependencies or delayed milestones and flag potential impacts for recovery options.
Support IMS templates and integrated schedules; prepare milestone summaries and look-ahead schedules.
