Amentum in the United States seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for IDIQ contracts. The role collaborates with schedulers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure schedule alignment, resource optimization, and timely reporting.

A robust MS-Project background and experience with IMS/CDRL are required. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing on-site and remote work, with requirements including Top-Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Project Scheduler with advanced proficiency in MS-Project.
• Experience developing detailed schedules for IDIQ contracts and managing IMS and CDRL submissions.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trackers and weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, baseline, and maintain detailed schedules for IDIQ contracts using MS-Project.
• Collaborate with schedulers, project managers, and engineering teams to align schedules and forecast.
• Maintain the project tracker for accurate weekly leadership and client reporting.
• Prepare and submit weekly CDRL deliverables.
• Generate and submit the IMS with accurate timelines and dependencies.
• Monitor progress against baselines and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in project reviews to provide status updates and metrics.
• Ensure scheduling practices and reports meet company standards and contract requirements.
