Job summary

Ursa Major seeks an experienced Program Scheduler to own one or more Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project and Planner Premium. You will baseline, track, and report on schedule health for senior leadership, coordinating with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

Your work will include critical path analysis, risk assessment, and maintaining clear, visual performance metrics and dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, PM or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional program schedules in technical/defense environments.
• Advanced mastery of MS Project and/or Planner Premium with reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization for dashboards.
• Strong CPM, baseline control, float management and resource leveling understanding.
• Ability to build concise metrics and narratives for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Build, baseline, and maintain complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and Planner Premium.
• Establish schedule architecture, WBS, dependencies, constraints, and float expectations.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to gather progress, validate actuals, and update forecasts.
• Analyze schedule health, critical path variations and flag risks early.
• Own standard schedule reports and dashboards for executives.
• Perform Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and what-if scenario modeling.
• Adhere to change control for baselining and contractual changes.
